Entry-Level Paralegal (Florham Park, NJ) Our Florham Park, NJ office seeks a paralegal with 0-2 years of experience preferably in the defense litigation field. Experience with Environmental/Tort related work preferred but not required. Benefits included.
Experienced Paralegal (New York, NY) Our New York City office seeks an experienced paralegal to build and maintain a database for litigation support related to an established toxic tort litigation. Key responsibilities: Provide complex case management to support attorneys handling cases in various stages of litigation on a day to day basis. Participation in document collection and production of all litigation documents to support essential claims. Organize and maintain client records and internal database using a variety of automated procedures, employ databases for searches and document retrieval for support at trial. Required skills: Familiarity with Article 16 of the CPLR issues preferred. 2 plus years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment. Have the ability to multi task and remain organized. Show close attention to detail and with pride in work product.
