Guy Hollingsworth
VICE PRESIDENT OF LITIGATION SERVICES
Mr. Hollingsworth joined M&K in 2011 as Vice President of Litigation Services. Part of Mr. Hollingsworth’s responsibilities are to assist the Managing Partner in ensuring the highest quality work product from M&K's lawyers and staff in their strategic defense positions in cases as well as in their communication with carriers and clients, including but not limited to Medicare issues. This includes requiring all accounts to have interim, quarterly and pre-trial reports with a strong, fresh analysis and a proactive defense strategy. Mr. Hollingsworth will also work closely with M&K partners in assisting with staff management.
Mr. Hollingsworth has been working for large insurance conglomerates since the early 1980’s. He had directed and managed litigation involving toxic torts, asbestos, pollution, product liability and life sciences claims. In addition Mr. Hollingsworth directed and supervised nationwide litigation involving child abuse litigation, including setting protocols for settlements, trial and experts.
Mr. Hollingsworth has been involved for many years in Fetti (Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort litigation) and is co-president of this claims organization. He is an active member of CLM and has spoken at numerous seminars.
Mr. Hollingsworth holds an advanced degree in Human Factors engineering as well as two undergraduate degrees. He is a member of the following professional associations: ASSE, NYAS, Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
