Jeffrey Kluger

Mr. Kluger has a wide range of experience in the defense of toxic tort, occupational disease, products liability, environmental and general liability litigation including: asbestos; chemical exposure; silica; repetitive stress injury; and other matters. He has written and lectured extensively before the insurance industry on these topics. Mr. Kluger received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in 1981, and graduated from the Cornell University Law School in 1984. He is member of the New Jersey State and Federal Bars and is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, tort and insurance law sections and the New Jersey Defense Association. In addition to representing asbestos and other toxic tort defendants in the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey he has represented asbestos and repetitive stress injury defendants in New York State Court by order pro hac vice. Currently, Mr. Kluger is handling not only asbestos claims, but is charged with defending product defect, premises liability, negligence and automobile accident cases. Currently, Mr. Kluger is charged with overseeing the firm's New Jersey asbestos claims while also defending asbestos clients in New York City, as well as defending assureds on significant general liability matters.
