Mr. O'Malley has been a litigator since 1983, and has handled multiple types of general liability litigation, toxic tort, personal injury and construction defect cases, as well as a number of employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, trade secret, sexual harassment, discrimination, and several cases arising from the Americans with Disabilities Act. He is an experienced trial and appellate attorney. Mr. O'Malley is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (1975) and completed his legal education at the University of California at San Francisco, Hastings College of the Lawin 1983. He is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the Northern, Eastern and Central District Federal Courts of California.
