Michael Rawlinson is a senior civil litigator, who has taken over 70 verdicts in his career.He has a diverse defense background and has defended clients in general liability, commercial transportation, automobile, products liability, medical malpractice and construction/ labor law actions.Mr. Rawlinson is admitted to practice law before the New York State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Rawlinson graduated Fordham Law School in 1994 in the top 20% of his class.He graduated Cum Laude from New York University's Stern School of Business in 1991.Currently, Mr. Rawlinson heads our Commercial Transportation Department and also handles the defense of premises liability, negligence, property damage and construction/ labor law claims in our New York Office.
