Paul Sunshine


Mr. Sunshine is the partner in our Wilmington, Delaware office overseeing the products liability litigation, trucking and transportation and general practice sections in that jurisdiction.  He is admitted to the practice of law in all Courts within the State of Delaware as well as to the Federal District Court in the District of Delaware.  He has vast experience representing clients in varied matters including products liability, toxic tort, transportation, general liability, personal injury and construction defects.  Paul also serves on the McGivney, Kluger & Cook transportation and trucking team which provides immediate response services to our clients twenty-four hours per day.

 After graduating from the University of Delaware and the Widener University School of Law, Mr. Sunshine served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vincent A. Bifferato in the State of Delaware Superior Court.  Further, Mr. Sunshine is a Certified Mediator and Approved Arbitrator in the Superior Court and was appointed as Special Master to the Family Court by the Chief Judge.  Based upon his vast litigation experience, Mr. Sunshine was invited to join the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court with a focus on all aspects of litigation.

 Mr. Sunshine also enjoys serving as a Judge for the Widener University School of Law Moot Court Competition and on the Case Committee and as a Judge for the Annual Delaware High School Mock Trial Competition.  He is an adjunct faculty member of the Delaware Technical and Community College and the Wilmington University.
