Alison Moody
ASSOCIATE
Alison Moody is an Associate in MKCI’s Florham Park, New Jersey office. Her practice includes products liability, toxic torts, and general liability matters.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2020, Alison clerked for the Hon. Kimberly Espinales-Maloney in the Law Division, Civil Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage. During her clerkship, Alison assisted the Judge in various aspects of civil practice, including preparing recommendations for discovery motions, researching legal issues, and drafting memoranda of decision on dispositive motions. She also served as a certified New Jersey Judiciary Mediator.
In her free time, Alison practices yoga and enjoys watching horror movies, reading, and listening to podcasts about the news, bad movies, and true crime.
Alison obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law. While attending Rutgers, Alison served as an Associate Articles Editor on the Rutgers Law Record and discovered a passion for oral advocacy, winning the Hon. Rosemary Gambardella Scholarship Competition, a bankruptcy-focused moot court competition, and competing in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Alison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Gettysburg College in 2012.
