Amara Faulkner

Amara Faulkner is Of Counsel in MKCI’s New York City office and is a member of the New York City Asbestos Team. Amara is a seasoned attorney and has extensive experience in defending construction, labor law, insurance coverage and contract matters in New York state and federal courts. Amara is dedicated to working tirelessly for her clients. She understands the importance of getting into the trenches with her clients and tenaciously fighting for them.

In addition to her litigation experience, Amara also assisted clients in both commercial and private real estate transactions.

Prior to joining MKCI, Amara worked at mid-size and boutique defense firms in New York City, representing clients in the construction, premise liability and property industries.

On a personal level, Amara enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys watching her daughter play soccer and traveling.

Amara obtained her Juris Doctor degree from CUNY School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Pepperdine University.
