Mr. Perez is an Associate in MK&C’s New York City office, focusing his practice on civil litigation matters, including toxic torts and asbestos litigation.
Before joining MK&C, Mr. Perez represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters involving products liability, premises liability, and sexual harassment. During law school, Mr. Perez worked at the Office of the Florida Attorney General and the ACLU, where he gained invaluable litigation experience, while providing him the opportunity to aid the underrepresented.
Mr. Perez graduated from Cornell Law School in 2017, where he received his Juris Doctor degree and served as a Notes Editor for the Cornell International Law Journal. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees, magna cum laude, in Economics and International Affairs from the University of South Florida in 2013. He is currently admitted to practice law in New York.
