Anthony Perchiacca
ASSOCIATE
Anthony Perchiacca is an Associate in MKCI’s Florham Park, NJ office. Anthony has over five years of litigation experience various areas, including the defense of mass tort, products liability, premises liability, construction negligence, automobile accidents, property damage, consumer fraud and subrogation claims. He successfully represents property managers, condominium associations, trucking companies, contractors, tenants and other business entities related to claims of negligence. He also represents manufacturers and suppliers in toxic tort claims involving asbestos and talc. In these roles, Anthony has successfully obtained summary judgment for clients in civil actions involving, among others, premises liability, automobile accidents and consumer fraud claims.
Prior to joining MKCI, Anthony worked at prominent insurance defense law firms based in New Jersey. In addition to his litigation experience, Anthony is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
On a personal level, Anthony is involved in his local church community and a volunteer youth soccer coach.
Anthony obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law. While attending law school, Anthony was selected to be a Legal Intern for the Deputy Attorney General’s Office of New Jersey and a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Ronald J. Hoffman, J.S.C. (Ret.) of the Superior Court of New Jersey – Ocean Vicinage, Criminal Division. He was also awarded a Certificate with High Honors by the Directors of the Law & Government Institute. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. While attending Fairleigh Dickinson University, Anthony was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, The Political Science National Honor Society, and was a member of the Men’s Soccer Team.
