Mr. Twilley is an associate in McGivney, Kluger & Cook, P.C.’s New York City office, practicing in the areas of asbestos and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Twilley has broad litigation experience representing clients in a variety of matters, including environmental pollution and toxic torts, product liability, white-collar criminal defense, and government investigations.
Mr. Twilley has represented individuals and entities in high-profile litigation matters, including as a member of the team working for the Special Counsel appointed by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to conduct an independent inquiry regarding Massachusetts District Courts and the Boston Municipal Court. Moreover, Mr. Twilley has broad experience in conducting internal investigations of healthcare and pharmaceutical companies.
Mr. Twilley graduated magna cum laude from Emmanuel College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston in 2013, where he attended on an Academic Achievement Merit Scholarship.
Mr. Twilley is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
