Mr. Arey is an Associate in MK&C’s St. Louis office, practicing in asbestos litigation. He is also a member of the New York bar and works in conjunction with that office.
Mr. Arey earned his Juris Doctor (with a concentration in Intellectual Property), cum laude, from New England Law | Boston in 2016. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy, cum laude, in 2011 from Saint Anselm College, where he received the Joseph B. MacDonald Award in Philosophy.
While in law school, Mr. Arey served as Executive Online Editor of the New England Law Review, overseeing all the Law Review’s online content and online supplement, On Remand. He interned for The Honorable Peter M. Lauriat, Massachusetts Superior Court at Suffolk County, and with Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers LLP. Mr. Arey also competed on his school’s Intellectual Property moot court team. Upon graduation, Mr. Arey was voted by faculty to receive New England Law | Boston’s Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award.
Mr. Arey is admitted to practice before the Courts of Massachusetts, New York, and Missouri.
