Bruno Renda is a civil trial lawyer whose practice focuses on defending businesses and individuals in general liability matters. Mr. Renda handles professional malpractice, premises and products liability matters and insurance coverage disputes.
Mr. Renda graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2007 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, Mr. Renda earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova University, College of Law in 2011 and was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year. During his tenure at Nova, Mr. Renda received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for outstanding grade in Torts. He served as staff editor for the International Citator and Research Project, a prestigious and groundbreaking undertaking to compile a research guide for international law. Mr. Renda was also an active member of the Moot Court Society, competing in the American Bar Association Appellate Advocacy Competition where he received high remarks for his oral advocacy skills. He also served as board member in the American Trial Lawyers Association, an organization dedicated to the advancement of trial advocacy and practice. In addition, Mr. Renda was elected class representative to the Student Bar Association (SBA) for two consecutive years and was awarded the President’s Award for outstanding service to the student body both years. As a member of SBA, Mr. Renda worked with faculty members, legal scholars and local practitioners on various committees intended to advance the goals of the law school and the practice of law in Florida and abroad.
In 2015, Mr. Renda was voted by his peers as an up and comer in Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite edition. Mr. Renda currently serves as a board member in his alma matter’s Alumni Association.
He is admitted to Florida courts and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
