Donna Marie Jones Emmi is Of Counsel to MKCI for Workers Compensation matters. She is the founding partner of her own New Jersey certified minority/woman owned practice dedicated to the defense of workers’ compensation matters throughout the State of New Jersey.
Donna Marie has been working in the liability and worker’s compensation defense fields since 1988. Ms. Emmi formed Emmi & Emmi PC in 1997 after leaving a partnership in a liability law firm in northern New Jersey. Donna Marie has served on the Fee Arbitration Board for disputed attorney fees in addition to her duties with the firm and has authored several papers on issues in liability and workers compensation defense.
Outside of the office Donna Marie enjoys reading and yoga. She is also a certified Yoga instructor and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Eagles Fly for Leukemia.
Donna Marie received her JD from Widerner University School of Law in 1988 and was an editor for the Delaware Law Forum. Prior to that she received her Bachelor’s Degree from Willam Patterson University Magna cum Laude in 1985.
