Ms. Ballout is an Associate in MK&C’s Los Angeles, California office. Her focus is primarily on asbestos litigation.
Prior to joining McGivney, Kluger & Cook, Ms. Ballout worked as an associate at a firm with a focus on consumer law. Ms. Ballout has been exposed to all aspects of litigation, including oral argument on motions and trial experience.
Ms. Ballout received her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in 2014. While in law school, she served as the Public Relations and Communications Chair of the Intellectual Property and Technology Society. Ms. Ballout obtained her Bachelors Degree from California State University, Northridge, where she graduated, cum laude, in 2010. There, she served as a Head Delegate for the Model United Nations team, receiving awards for Outstanding Delegation and Outstanding Position Paper. She enjoys returning to her alma mater as a guest speaker for her former university law professor.
Ms. Ballout is fluent in the Arabic language.
Ms. Ballout is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
