Florian Bruno

Florian Bruno is a Senior Associate in MKCI’s Syracuse office. He focuses his practice on general commercial and civil litigation, negligence claims, product liability defense and asbestos litigation. In addition, Florian has experience in international litigation and cross-border dispute resolution.

Prior to joining MKCI, Florian worked for midsized litigation firms in New York City where he handled cases from inception to trial. In addition, he was the principal of his own law firm for several years where he focused his practice on commercial litigation and personal injury cases.

Florian holds an “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell and was rated “Superb” by AVVO. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, the Munich Bar Association and the German American Lawyers Association.

On a personal level, Florian is an avid outdoorsman who also greatly enjoys international travel. In addition to his legal education, he is a trained exercise physiologist, holding a master’s degree in physiology from New York City’s Columbia University. In addition, Florian is fluent in English and German.

Florian earned his LLB, cum laude, from the University of Munich, Germany and is a member of the German bar. He also obtained a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Master of Laws degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York City. He is a former intern with the Hon. Lourdes Ventura, Queens County, Supreme Court.
