Jack J. Bingham is an associate in MKC&I’s Florham Park, New Jersey office.
Mr. Bingham has a wide range of litigation experience, having defended and prosecuted cases on behalf of individuals and businesses throughout his career. His primary areas of focus are toxic tort claims, transportation claims, premises liability claims, environmental claims, commercial disputes, medical malpractice and professional negligence claims, healthcare compliance, and ERISA disputes on behalf of medical professionals.
Mr. Bingham received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2011. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law in 2014. While at Pace, he served on the Moot Court Honor Board, and as Dean Scholar for professors John R. Nolan and John A. Humbach. After law school, Mr. Bingham clerked for The Honorable Robert L. Polifroni, Presiding Judge in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.
Mr. Bingham is admitted to practice law before the courts of the State of New Jersey.
