Mr. King is an Associate in MKCI’s Hartford, Connecticut office.
Prior to joining McGivney, Kluger, Clark, & Intoccia, Mr. King was an associate at a plaintiff’s civil litigation and criminal defense firm in Hartford.
Following his graduation from high school, Mr. King spent six years in the United States Army, working in military intelligence, and ultimately deploying to Iraq in 2008-09. After being honorably discharged from the Army in 2009, Mr. King then attended Arizona State University, where in 2012 he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Genetics, Cell, and Developmental Biology. Afterwards, he attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he graduated with honors in 2019. During law school, Jesse served as the competition editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law, provided legal assistance to those in need through the Immigration Detention and DACA clinic, volunteered to assist detained asylees prepare their immigration paperwork in the Immigration Detention Service Project, and earned three CALI awards in Immigration Law, International Trade Compliance, and Trial Advocacy.
