Mr. Bitetto is an associate in McGivney, Kluger & Cook, P.C.’s Florham Park, New Jersey office.
Prior to joining McGivney, Kluger & Cook, P.C., Mr. Bitetto served as the law clerk for The Honorable Bridget A. Stecher in the Law Division, Civil Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. During his clerkship, Mr. Bitetto assisted the Judge in all aspects of civil practice, including preparing motions, researching legal issues, drafting pre-argument memoranda, and drafting jury charges. He also served as a certified New Jersey Judiciary Mediator.
Mr. Bitetto also served as a third-year student attorney in the Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice’s Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic. Mr. Bitetto was awarded The Center for Social Justice Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic as the top student representative during his time in the clinic.
Mr. Bitetto graduated from American University in 2015, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies: Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government. He also received a minor in Leadership and Management. Mr. Bitetto received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2018. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
