Mr. Lee is an associate in McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia’s Florham Park, NJ office. Mr. Lee focuses his practice in the areas of asbestos litigation, toxic tort, general liability, and products liability.
Prior to joining McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia, Mr. Lee graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2017 and from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2014. While in law school, Mr. Lee served as a student attorney for one of the nation’s leading veterans disability law firms through his school’s Veterans Disability Appeals Field Clinic. During this time, Mr. Lee represented a military veteran whose application for disability benefits had been denied, and successfully argued his client’s appeal. In addition, he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mediation and served as the Vice President of his law school’s Military and Veterans Law Association. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Connecticut.
