Jon Lee is an Associate in MKCI’s Florham Park, NJ
office. His practice includes the defense of product liability, property damage,
and toxic tort claims, with a focus on the asbestos litigation. Jon represents
a wide range of clients including clutch and caulk manufacturers, brake
distributors, and roofing contractors. He has extensive experience in all
stages of litigation, including drafting of pleadings, discovery, dispositive
motions and trial documents and conducting depositions.
In addition to his litigation experience, Jon also
regularly contributes articles to MKCI’s website for publication regarding
recent legal events and decisions.
Outside of the law, Jon enjoys golfing, spending time
with his family, and watching the New York Giants and New Jersey Devils.
Jon obtained his Juris Doctorate from Roger
Williams University School of Law, where he served as a student attorney for
one of the nation’s leading veterans disability law firms through his school’s
Veterans Disability Appeals Field Clinic. In addition, he received the CALI
Excellence for the Future Award in Mediation and served as the Vice President
of his law school’s Military and Veterans Law Association. Jon earned his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New
York at Albany, where he served as the President of the Pre-Law Association.
