Ms. Garrett is an Associate in our Hartford office, and practices in the area of general liability defense. Prior to McGivney, Kluger, & Cook, she worked as a paralegal in the insurance defense litigation field while attending WNEU School of Law’s part time evening program. As a paralegal, Ms. Garrett focused on the preparation of complex motions and pleadings.
Ms. Garrett received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Bay Path College in 2013. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law in 2017. While at WNEU School of Law, Ms. Garrett served as a junior staff member and Note Editor on the WNEU Law Review. Her student note, “The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Bankruptcy—FDCPA Claims Should Not Be Barred By the Bankruptcy Code,” was published in Volume 39, Issue 1.
Ms. Garrett is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut.
