Kelsey Riehle is an associate in McGivney, Kluger & Cook’s Philadelphia office. Mrs. Riehle focuses on civil litigation matters, including general liability, toxic tort, pharmaceutical, asbestos and insurance coverage cases.
Before joining McGivney, Kluger & Cook, Mrs. Riehle worked in the Washington, DC office of a large international law firm, and a boutique North Carolina law firm. Her background includes representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters involving trade secret, class action and employment disputes. During law school, Kelsey was a member of Wake Forest’s Trial Bar, and served as an adjunct professor teaching business law courses at a community college. She also served as a third year student attorney for the Forsyth County Public Defender, representing clients in trial court criminal matters.
Mrs. Riehle graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, and obtained her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North Carolina, the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, and the District of Columbia.
