Kenneth A. Holmes is an Associate at the firm’s New York City office, focusing his practice on civil litigation matters, including but not limited to, product and premise liability, mass tort, and labor law disputes.
Before joining MKC&I, Mr. Holmes served as a prosecutor for the Bronx County District Attorney’s office. Mr. Holmes worked in trial bureau 20, where he managed a significant misdemeanor and felony caseload from the investigatory stage to trial.
Mr. Holmes attended Hofstra University, Maurice A. Deane School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2017. Mr. Holmes earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Buffalo in 2013. In law school, Mr. Holmes worked as a law clerk for a management-side labor and employment firm. He also received the Jonathan Falk Memorial Endowed Scholarship for his outstanding work in the area of labor and employment law.
Mr. Holmes is currently admitted to practice law before the courts of New York State. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
