Mr. Wisel is a senior associate in MK&C’s Florham Park, New Jersey office handling asbestos and general liability matters.
Mr. Wisel has nearly 10 years of litigation experience representing clients throughout New Jersey and New York in a wide range of legal matters. Mr. Wisel has litigated several high profile cases in matters involving catastrophic injuries caused by defectively manufactured products. Mr. Wisel also has extensive experience in lawsuits involving personal injury, professional malpractice, environmental contamination, workers compensation claims, debtor/creditor claims, and landlord/tenant disputes. He has also represented labor unions throughout New Jersey in a variety of collective bargaining and other legal matters.
Mr. Wisel graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2004, and was a recipient of the prestigious Julius Feinberg Scholarship for Personal and Academic Achievement. While enrolled in law school, Mr. Wisel was Treasurer of the Moot Court Board, the Managing Research Editor for his Law Journal, and the Captain/Shortstop for the Rutgers Law School Softball Team.
Mr. Wisel received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Rutgers College in 2001 and was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (The Political Science National Honors Society), The Order of Omega (The Greek National Honors Society), and The Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity.
Mr. Wisel has been included in the New Jersey Rising Stars List, featuring outstanding young lawyers in the state (as determined by peers, judges, and an independent evaluation), for the past five years. Mr. Wisel is licensed to practice law in the state courts of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings & Appeals.
