Mr. Sampar is a Partner in our New York City office, and handles matters involving asbestos/toxic torts, product liability, and complex litigation. Mr. Sampar is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Born in Newton, New Jersey, Mr. Sampar graduated from Fairfield University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, and a Minor in Marketing. He earned his Juris Doctorate (with a concentration in Health Law) from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005. While attending Seton Hall, Mr. Sampar was a Senior Member of the Seton Hall School of Law Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. Mr. Sampar’s published work includes “Rock ‘N’ Roll Suicide: Why Heavy Metal Musicians Cannot Be Held Responsible for the Violent Acts of Their Listeners”, 15 Seton Hall Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law 173 (2005).
