Megan Kale

Megan Kale is an Associate in MKCI’s Buffalo, New York office. Megan is primarily
involved in toxic tort defense litigation related to asbestos and talc exposure. Megan also focuses on general liability insurance defense matters. Megan is responsible for various phases of litigation including claim investigation, written discovery, depositions, mediation, motion practice, and ensuring cases are trial ready. Megan aspires to be a formidable advocate for her clients and emphasizes communication and efficient problem solving to achieve client goals.

Prior to joining MKCI, Megan managed the compliance program for a national non-profit healthcare organization. Megan also has experience practicing in the areas of insurance defense, real estate, and social security disability.

On a personal level, Megan values spending time with family and friends. Megan’s interests include following local sports, staying active, drawing, and music.

Megan obtainedher Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, from which she graduated
summa cum laude.
