Ms. Brother is an associate in McGivney, Kluger & Cook’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Brother focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, including general liability and asbestos. Prior to joining McGivney, Kluger & Cook, Ms. Brother worked at a regional insurance defense law firm, focusing on the defense of personal injury claims, subrogation matters, and product liability cases. She handled pleadings, motion practice, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
During law school, Ms. Brother served as a staff member of the Temple Law Review in her second year, and a Note/Comment Editor in her third year. She also served as a certified intern with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office in her 2L year, prosecuting a variety of misdemeanor and first felony offenses in both juvenile and adult criminal courts. Ms. Brother was the recipient of Temple’s Barrister Award for outstanding oral advocacy.
Ms. Brother obtained her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2012, where she was a member of the NCAA Division I Women’s gymnastics team. She then graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2015.
Ms. Brother is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
