Mr. DeBenedetto is an associate in MKC&I’s Florham Park, New Jersey office. Mr. DeBenedetto has experience in a variety of fields of litigation and focuses his practice on premises liability matters, construction negligence, property damage claims and other areas of law. Mr. DeBenedetto is a member of the firm’s general liability and asbestos groups.
Prior to joining MKC&I, Mr. DeBenedetto worked at a large, nationally recognized firm, focusing on general liability matters involving multi-million dollar condominiums and restaurants. Mr. DeBenedetto also has experience in automobile insurance defense litigation.
Mr. DeBenedetto graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 2017, and St. John’s University in 2015, where he received a B.A in English. He was a member of the BA/JD accelerated law program. In law school, Mr. DeBenedetto served as Vice-President of the Federalist Society and President of the Catholic Law Students Association. He received the Daniel A. Furlong Award for outstanding service and leadership to the law school community. He was also published in the St. John’s Law Review Online Commentary, New York State Bar Association Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Blog, and St. John’s Labor and Employment Law Forum Blog.
Mr. DeBenedetto is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.
