Natalie Kaiser

Natalie Kaiser is a Partner in MKCI’s New York City office. Natalie’s practice focuses on product liability defense, mass tort litigation, commercial litigation, and general liability. Natalie has defended several Fortune 500 companies at trial, ranging from global tech industry leaders to national electrical supply distributors. Natalie is involved in all stages of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, discovery, motion practice, and preparing matters for trial. Her track record of securing favorable settlements for her clients is enabled by a commitment to communication, professionalism, and fostering relationships with all parties. Natalie also has established success in motion practice, including securing a dismissal of punitive damages on summary judgment.

Her track record has earned her recognition in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for both 2024 and 2025.

Prior to joining MKCI in 2024, Natalie was a felony Assistant District Attorney at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office, trying felony matters to verdict. Natalie has been a products liability trial attorney since her move to private practice in 2018.

Natalie lives in New York and spends her time outside of work with her dog Gizmo.

Natalie is a double ‘Hoo and earned both her Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia
