Mr. Fedorka is an associate in MK&C’s Syracuse, New York office. His practice focuses primarily on asbestos defense litigation and general liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fedorka interned for a local criminal defense firm, focusing on federal appeals. He was also an extern for Chief Federal Magistrate Judge David E. Peebles in the Northern District of New York.
Mr. Fedorka received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester in 2012. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2018. There, Mr. Fedorka was on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Science and Technology, and the Syracuse Law and Civic Engagement Forum. He wrote scholarly articles and notes on broadband, telecommunications, products liability, emerging technology, and consumer and manufacturer liability. Mr. Fedorka was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He received a CALI Award in Trial Practice.
Mr. Fedorka is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York. He is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association.
