Mr. Samuel is an associate in MK&C’s New York City office, practicing in the area of asbestos litigation. Mr. Samuel has been working at MK&C’s New York City office since September of 2015, where he worked as a paralegal in the asbestos department.
Mr. Samuel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2012. He earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2015. During law school, Mr. Samuel was a student attorney at the Hofstra Criminal Justice Clinic where he represented criminal defendants in a variety of misdemeanor cases, including drug possession and the violation of orders of protection. He was also a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association.
Mr. Samuel is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
