Patricia Maher is Of Counsel in MK&C’s New York City office.
Ms. Maher is a litigation attorney with broad experience in the defense of toxic tort, product liability, environmental litigation and complex civil litigation. She has represented product and equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and premises owners in claims involving commercial plants, shipyards, military aircraft and submarines, powerhouses, mines, schools and buildings. She is experienced in defending U.S. government contractors and the impact of national security related federal regulations on discovery. Ms. Maher has worked with her corporate clients to develop information as to their historical product lines and acquisitions in order to present liability-limiting positions.
Prior to joining MK&C, Ms. Maher was part of the General Liability and Toxic Tort, Environmental & Energy Practices of national defense firms, and worked in New York and London.
Ms. Maher received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Wesleyan University in 1996. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law in 2005.
Ms. Maher is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and Connecticut, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.
