Patrick Henry
ASSOCIATE
Patrick Henry is an Associate in MKCI’s Philadelphia, PA office. His practice areas include asbestos litigation, bankruptcy and creditors rights, general liability, insurance coverage, corporate defense, products liability, talc litigation, and toxic tort/mass tort. In his practice, Patrick handles in-depth discovery development, investigation, motion practice and trial preparation. Patrick is passionate about getting the best possible result for every one of his clients and is dedicated to handling his cases professionally and efficiently.
Prior to joining MKCI as an associate in 2024, Patrick gained experience as a summer associate in MKCI’s Hartford, CT office. Patrick also served as an Extern at the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center, assisting veterans pro bono in landlord/tenant matters. Patrick also has experience serving clients in real estate transactions, plaintiffs’ tort claims, intellectual property claims, and zoning ordinance claims.
On a personal level, Patrick enjoys all things Detroit sports and cheering for his alma mater, Michigan State University. Patrick also enjoys playing in pick-up hockey leagues and spending time with his family and friends.
Patrick obtained his Juris Doctor (cum laude) and Masters in Business Administration (summa cum laude) degrees from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. While attending Quinnipiac, Patrick was a member of the Student Bar Association and served as a senator. Additionally, Patrick was on the Society for Dispute Resolution Competition Team and served as the president of the Real Estate and Real Property Society. Prior to law school, Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (pre-law) with a minor in Law, Justice, and Public Policy at Michigan State University.
