R. Bruce Crelin

Mr. Crelin’s practice has largely consisted of complex commercial litigation before both state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels, and federal and state administrative agencies. He has also counseled clients on legal compliance, regulatory and business matters.
Mr. Crelin holds a Juris Doctor degree from The National Law Center, The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, cum laude, from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, where he was made a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Crelin is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and the State of New York, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York, and the United States Tax Court. He was a member of the District XIII (Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Vicinages) Ethics Committee from 2009 –2013.
