Ray Nabhani

Ray is Counsel in MKCI’s New York City office. An accomplished civil litigator, Ray is experienced in all facets of civil litigation in both federal and state courts. Ray’s practice focuses on the defense of general litigation matters, including construction defect litigation, toxic tort, and premises liability matters.

During his career, Ray has committed himself in maneuvering matters for the most efficient and cost-effective resolution for his clients, including via summary judgment. Ray has extensive experience mediating and resolving complex, high-exposure matters.

Ray is fluent in Farsi and is a member of the Iranian-American Bar Association.

In his spare time, Ray cherishes coaching his children in their sports leagues.

Ray obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The City University of New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences from the University of Maryland at College Park.
