Mr. DeNaro has significant litigation experience in New York and New Jersey, defending clients in toxic tort, construction, general liability, automotive, premises liability, personal injury, fraud and collection matters. He currently practices in the areas of ERISA, toxic torts and products liability, and has served as lead defense counsel for major health insurers in state and federal actions, as well as in asbestos depositions throughout the country. Mr. DeNaro has researched, briefed and argued motions that contribute to the development of the “bare metal” defense as it presently exists in New Jersey. He has achieved numerous removals, dismissals, favorable settlements and arbitration results for national healthcare carriers, product manufacturers and suppliers.
Prior to his time as an attorney, Mr. DeNaro worked in the construction and hospitality industries, which provided him with a deep understanding of his clients’ businesses and their needs.
Mr. DeNaro received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Muhlenberg College in 1993, and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1998. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of New Jersey and New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations.
