Yasin Bagdadi
ASSOCIATE
Yasin Bagdadi is an Associate in MKCI’s Livingston, New Jersey office. His practice focuses on general liability and toxic torts. Yasin is involved in all stages of litigation, including claim investigation, written discovery, depositions, mediation, negotiation, motion practice, and preparing cases for trial. Yasin aims to pursue the best result for his client by maintaining timely communication and providing a thorough analysis of his client’s case.
Prior to joining MKCI in 2023, Yasin worked as a legal researcher for the University of Arizona’s Property Law Professor, Xiaoqian Hu where he researched the history and constitutionality of alien land laws in the United States. Yasin also worked as a legal intern for Qatar Museums and the Tucson Medical Center.
On a personal level, Yasin is an aficionado of jazz, R&B, and classical music and spends his free time admiring contemporary art, learning how to play different musical instruments, or biking.
Yasin holds two law degrees in two different jurisdictions – the United Stated and the United Kingdom. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law and obtained his L.L.B. in English and Welsh law from the University of Leicester, Leicester Law School in the United Kingdom. Yasin prides himself in community involvement. During his time at the James E. Rogers College of Law, Yasin founded the Foreign Lawyers Association, for which the College of Law awarded him for his community service for foreign lawyers.
