Yulier Gonzalez
ASSOCIATE
Yulier Gonzalez is an Associate in MKCI’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office, focusing
on personal injury litigation, including general liability, toxic torts, construction defect and premises liability. Yulier prides himself on conducting thorough investigations into each matter, guiding his cases through the discovery process, including depositions, engaging in motion practice, and helping to efficiently and effectively prepare cases for trial.
Prior to joining MKCI, he was an associate at a small firm focused on personal injury and premises liability. Additionally, Yulier worked in litigation matters involving medical malpractice claims.
After graduation from Penn State-Dickinson Law School, Yulier clerked for the Honorable Thomas A. James at the Columbia County Court of Common Pleas, where he gained extensive courtroom knowledge and performed legal research in the areas of family, criminal, civil and estate planning.
In 2022, Yulier was named to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars*, a list of promising attorneys under 40.
As a native of Cuba, Yulier is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is a lover of languages, fitness and traveling.
Yulier obtained his law degree from Penn State Dickinson Law. While attending law school, he was selected to be a Judicial Law Extern to the Honorable Martin C. Carlson, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. In addition, he was a member of Dickinson’s Moot Court program and served as a research assistant to Professor Martin Skladany in copyrights law related research. Yulier earned a Bachelor of Arts in Judicial Studies from Montclair State University.
