McGivney & Kluger, P.C. is delighted to announce the addition of Gary Casimir as a Partner in our New York City office. Mr. Casimir will assume the role of a lead toxic tort and asbestos trial attorney in NYCAL and other venues requiring his litigation expertise.
Mr. Casimir has over 14 years of experience representing Fortune 500 companies in complex product liability and mass tort litigation, handling cases from discovery through trial. He currently serves as the court appointed defense liaison counsel for the 5th Judicial Circuit of New York, representing over 50 defense firms and assisting in the management of hundreds of asbestos cases. Mr. Casimir started his career with the Bronx County District Attorney's Office and is a seasoned legal commentator who has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and Court TV. He was previously the host of a nationally syndicated radio show named, "Legally Speaking."
