Mentor Program
McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia has a robust and formal Mentorship Program. We understand that both young lawyers and laterals starting out in a new environment face various challenges when starting out at a new firm. The goal of our Mentorship Program is to aid associates and lateral hires in their transition to McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia and to improve, foster and develop our attorneys’ legal careers. Our mentors, which span across all offices, have volunteered for this important role and were specifically selected because of their proven dedication in providing guidance and direction to our network of attorneys. McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia mentors utilize their years of experience in the legal field and at the Firm to help build our next generation of leaders.
Specifically, the program matches every associate and/or incoming attorney with a mentor. These matches are carefully considered in order to foster the best possible mentorship experience. Mentors and mentees meet on a regular basis to confidentially discuss, among other things, career goals, obstacles, workload and legal experiences.
We believe our dedication to McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia’s Mentorship Program further strengthens our commitment to the future and the talent of our young and new lawyers.
