McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia provides training opportunities to help our employees reach their goals, making them some of the most elite legal professionals. We also offer seminars to our clients on a wide variety of subject matter, in which our talented attorneys are encouraged to showcase their knowledge and legal acumen.

All new McGivney Kluger Clark & Intoccia employees are greeted with a comprehensive training program, which includes guidance from Human Resources, training on the firm’s billing, document management, and database programs, and specific practice area training by senior attorneys or staff, as appropriate.

We also routinely offer training on a wide variety of subjects and in diverse practice areas, including practical guidance on the logistics of defending a case, case law developments, and cutting edge advancements in science and medicine relevant to our clients. These seminars are conducted by both our attorneys, paralegals, and outside experts.

Our lawyers also attend external training and continuing education programs and are often asked to present to our clients or speak at national seminars in their areas of expertise.
