On September 27, 2013, McGivney & Kluger, PC Partner William Sanders spoke at the National Business Institute’s seminar on “Evidence and Expert Testimony Best Practices: Supporting Your Case.” This program was designed to provide attorneys of all experience levels with the strategies and tools they needed to effectively work with evidence and expert testimony. Paralegals also benefited from this event by learning the latest strategies in working with evidence and expert witnesses.
In addition to Mr. Sanders, this event included featured speakers Bruce D. Vargo, a founding member of Scarpone & Vargo LLC, and Marc E. Wolin, an attorney with Saiber LLC.
