MARC J. WISEL, ESQ. McGivney & Kluger, P .C. is proud to announce that Mr. Wisel has joined the firm as a senior associate in M&K's Florham Park, New Jersey office.
Mr. Wisel has nearly 10 years of litigation experience representing clients throughout New Jersey and New York and has litigated several high profile cases in matters involving catastrophic injuries caused by defectively manufactured products. Mr. Wisel also has extensive experience in lawsuits involving, personal injury, professional malpractice, debtor/creditor claims, and landlord/tenant disputes, and has represented labor unions throughout New Jersey in a variety of collective bargaining and other legal matters.
Mr. Wisel graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2004, and was a recipient of the prestigious Julius Feinberg Scholarship for Personal and Academic Achievement. While enrolled in law school, Mr. Wisel was Treasurer of the Moot Court Board, the Managing Research Editor for his Law Journal.
Mr. Wisel received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Rutgers College in 2001 where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (The Political Science National Honors Society).
Mr. Wisel has been included in the New Jersey Rising Stars List, featuring outstanding young lawyers in the state (as determined by peers, judges, and an independent evaluation), for the past five years. Mr. Wisel is licensed to practice law in the state courts of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Social Security Administration's Office of Hearings & Appeals.
