THOMAS E. EMALA, ESQ. McGivney & Kluger, P.C. is proud to announce that Mr. Emala has joined the firm as an associate in M&K's Florham Park, New Jersey office.
Mr. Emala practices in the area of general liability. He has experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including civil rights litigation, commercial litigation, property damage and personal injury litigation, and probate matters. Prior to joining M&K, Mr. Emala served as the law clerk for The Honorable Robert C. Wilson in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, where he managed the Complex Business Litigation docket.
Mr. Emala graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. Mr. Emala graduated from Fordham University in 2011, where he received a B.A. in Political Science. In his free time, Mr. Emala is actively involved in church and community service activities.
