Joel Clark and Gary Intoccia Elevated to Named Partners
Today, the firm is pleased to unveil its new name – McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia, P.C. The firm has elevated Senior Partners Joel Clark and Gary Intoccia to named partners of the firm, recognizing their decades of commitment to the firm, their practice, and their clients. Joel directs the New Jersey asbestos and talc litigation and serves as National Coordinating Counsel overseeing the asbestos and talc litigations nationally. Joel is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Gary directs the firm’s General Liability practice group across all jurisdictions and has, for years, coordinated the efforts of our lawyers engaged in this area. Licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, Gary’s practice is wide-ranging and encompasses the defense of transportation, professional malpractice, products liability, public entity, premises liability, environmental, construction, and other claims.

Chuck McGivney and Meagan Dean Co-Directors of New York City Asbestos Litigation
We are further pleased to announce that Chuck McGivney and Meagan Dean are co-directors of the firm’s New York City Asbestos Litigation practice.
Chuck has spearheaded the firm’s defense of hundreds of clients in the asbestos litigation for more than two decades, and has actively managed litigation all over the country. He serves as National Coordinating Counsel to numerous clients, directing nationwide defense efforts, and is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Meagan has served as the Director of the firm’s Upstate New York Asbestos Litigation practice for years. She serves as Defense Liaison Counsel in New York’s 5th Judicial District Asbestos Litigation and is one of five counsel members elected to the Advisory Liaison Counsel Committee in the 3rd, 4th, and 6th Judicial Districts’ Asbestos Litigation. She also serves as National Coordinating Counsel, overseeing asbestos claims nationally on behalf of our clients, and is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
The strong leadership of these two partners in NYCAL will continue the firm’s aggressive and determined defense of our clients.
Jeff Kluger will continue as a director of the firm’s toxic torts and hazardous substances practice group, which focuses on the defense of clients in toxic tort, occupational disease, products liability, environmental and chemical exposure claims. Jeff is a senior litigator in these fields and has written and lectured extensively before the insurance industry on these topics. He serves as national coordinating counsel for a number of clients in toxic tort litigation, and defends claims related to asbestos, benzene, mold, diacetyl, methyl bromide, glyphosate, and other exposures. Jeff is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. Our attorneys and clients will continue to look to Jeff for pragmatic and prompt guidance on these serious matters.
