Jessica Reich
ASSOCIATE
Jessica Reich is an Associate in MKCI’s Buffalo, NY office. Her practice focuses on toxic tort, premises liability, municipal and public entities, and insurance defense work. She recently returned to private practice after spending a few years working for an insurance company and gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies work and adjust claims. Jessica is confident that this insight will allow her to more thoroughly and vigorously defend claims on behalf of her clients.
Prior to joining MKCI, Jessica not only represented corporate clients in toxic tort litigation, but also defended premises liability cases and municipal claims including defending depositions and conducting 50-H hearings. She also previously handled estate work and family/matrimonial law matters. Jessica recognizes her clients’ need to be informed and feel comfortable with the status of their case.
In addition to her litigation experience, Jessica has worked closely with the Volunteer Lawyers Project, handling a variety of cases Pro Bono. In 2017, Jessica was named inaugural Rising Champion for Justice.
On a personal level, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two children, fiancé and step-children, either at home or camping and riding an ATV. She also enjoys reading a good book on the patio and gardening.
Jessica obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Touro Law School, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and History from Russell Sage College.
