Kim Caplik

Kim Caplik is an Associate in MCKI’s Hartford, CT office. Kim represents corporate clients in a variety of legal matters. Her practice focuses on products liability and toxic tort matters, specifically involving asbestos litigation. She also represents clients in various general liability matters. In representing clients, Kim is passionate about working to get the best possible result.

Prior to joining MCKI in 2023, Kim was an associate attorney at a Connecticut law firm where she represented corporations, including various banks and mortgage servicers, in Massachusetts and Rhode Island non-judicial foreclosure. As such, Kim has experience representing clients both in and out of the courtroom.

In addition to her work at MKCI, Kim enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Kim obtained her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law. While at Quinnipiac, she served on the Mock Trial Society’s Executive Board as Vice Present of Public and served as a Publication Editor for the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. She received awards for service to the law school and outstanding performance in oral advocacy. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice and Master of Arts in Administration of Justice and Homeland Security with a Certificate of Graduate Study in Cybersecurity from Salve Regina University.
