Richard Plochocki

Mr. Plochocki is “of counsel” to the firm’s Syracuse, New York operation. A former Onondaga prosecutor for 15 years, Mr. Plochocki also defended insurance defense fire loss matters and subrogation claims for 11 years before becoming affiliated with McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia, P.C. in 1999. Mr. Plochocki is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego and of Syracuse University Law School.
