November 18, 2013

The New Jersey Supreme Court ("NJSC") is charged with the responsibility of appointing twenty-one attorneys with staggered three years terms to the state's Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law ("Committee"). The Committee investigates grievances and responds to inquiries regarding if certain actions constitute the unauthorized practice of law in New Jersey.

M&K is proud to announce that on November 18, 2013, the NJSC signed an order reappointing Nancy Giacumbo, Esq. to a second three year term on the Committee. Her work will provide needed support and oversight for the New Jersey Courts and Bar, thereby providing protection to the citizens of New Jersey.
