On November 22, 2013, our Hartford, CT office held a Commercial Liability Defense Seminar for our clients and staff. Seminar topics included:

* Bare Metal Defense, A survey of national law and an analysis of Berkowitz (NYCAL) (Kerryann Cook and Carol Tempesta).
* An ethics presentation from Kerryann Cook.
* Product Liability, A Defendant's guide to the Connecticut Product Liability Act (Jonathan Ciottone and Toby Stull).
* Trucking/Transportation Litigation, New Technology and its Effect on Litigation (Michael Rawlinson and Jonathan Ciottone).
CLE and CE credits were provided for six jurisdictions including NH, NJ, NY. PA, RI and TX. The event was attended by approximately fifty clients and staff and was both an enjoyable and informative event. Special thanks are extended to our presenters who did a masterful job.
